Please note that due to their delicate nature and custom-made process, bridal gowns are subject to specific terms and conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal within 7 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a return or exchange.

  Quality Review

  Once your request is submitted, our Stylist team will review the details to ensure the items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original Grace Loves Lace box and use the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be issued to your original payment method.
